Swirl brake

The new swirl brake with crown filling horn, a unique feature worldwide, for the first time allows fully automatic simulation of ‘hand filling by the butcher’. Continuous movement of the casing brake during filling results in an almost perfect sausage texture, consistently clear and grainy. Fatty deposits on the casing are a thing of the past, and smearing effects are prevented. This innovation in raw sausage production may further reduce production costs as a result of shorter natural curing times.
